At Morilee, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your garment is not as envisioned, we offer a streamlined return process for all unworn and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
